1. Order Processing
We process all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next working day to ensure smooth operations.

2. Delivery Timelines
Our standard delivery time across India is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. However, delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges are clearly shown at checkout before you place the order. We also run special offers from time to time that may include free shipping on certain orders.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will share a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can easily track the status of your shipment.

5. Address & Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for delays, missed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect information at checkout.

In cases of non-availability of door delivery, you might have to collect the product from the nearest deliverable area. The courier partner will get in touch with you regarding the same.

The delivery of the product depends on the delivery capacity of our third party partner. We will not be held responsible for any delays from their side.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package that is damaged, or if any item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
